Dr. Chady Saad

Dean of the Faculty of Law - Université La Sagesse
Dr. Chady Saad is the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Université La Sagesse – Beirut - Lebanon. He is a member of the Beirut and Paris Bar Associations, and also an arbitrator with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the Football Tribunal of the International Federation of Football Association (FIFA), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and the Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center (LAMC). In addition, Dr. Saad is a part-time lecturer at Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris 1, and the author of a thesis titled "The Role of Lawyers in the Development of Mediation in Lebanon" at Université Paris-Saclay. He is a founding partner of the law firm Harfouche & Saad since 2008. Recently, he has led the Sports Arbitration Center in Lebanon, chaired the Appeals and Objections Commission of the Lebanese Basketball Federation, and served on the Appeals Commission of the Lebanese Football Federation. Dr. Saad is also a mediator, actively engaged in conflict prevention and resolution across various fields, including commercial, corporate, and sports disputes.

Attendees will gain practical insights into current AI applications, emerging technologies, and the future trajectory of AI-driven dispute resolution in the global arbitration community.
