Dr. Mehmet Karlı
Partner, Kabine Law Office Dr. Mehmet Karlı is a partner at Kabine Law Office. His practice focuses on disputes and complex international transactions across a range of sectors, including construction, energy, telecommunications, and banking and finance. He has represented sovereigns, multinational corporations, and high net-worth individuals before Turkish courts and international arbitral tribunals such as ICSID, ICC, ISTAC, UNCITRAL, SCIA, and LCIA, as well as before the European Court of Human Rights. He also advises clients on the prosecution of white-collar crimes in Turkey and abroad, and on corporate and personal wealth restructurings. Dr. Karlı is a member of the ICC Court for the 2024–2027 term and serves ex officio on the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. He previously taught international law and related subjects at Galatasaray University and held academic positions at the University of Oxford.
