Rania Khoury is a Partner and heads the Arbitration practice of Abou Jaoudé & Associates Law Firm.

She acts as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international commercial and investment cases under the rules of major arbitral institutions in the MENA region, Europe, Africa and ad-hoc proceedings. With 25 years of experience across various industries, particularly construction, energy, corporate, finance, media, and intellectual property, she is a qualified French lawyer.

She is a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and a member of the ICC Task Force on Emergency Arbitrator Proceedings, CIArb and the IBA.

She also participates in legal committees advising on updating the arbitration rules of local arbitration centers, such as the committees for revising the arbitration rules of the ICC, LAMC and LIAC-BBA centers.

She worked at Gide Loyrette Nouel, Dentons and the Supreme Court of Arizona.
