Sana is an international arbitrator and mediator, with a proven track record in managing complex disputes and transactions across various legal systems and cultures.  Sana has led significant arbitration proceedings and negotiations, particularly in Information and Communication Technologies, and oil & gas, as Senior Associate with two American law firms, Coudert Brothers and White & Case in Paris, and as Senior Corporate Counsel for some 18 years at Cisco in Dubai. Sana was member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.  As a thought leader, she regularly participates at international conferences and has contributed to significant reports and training programs led by the ICC.  Her expertise is further recognised through her accreditation as a CEDR Mediator and as a European professional privacy officer. Sana is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
