Dr. Khodr Fakih

Khodr Fakih received a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the Lebanese University, a Master of Laws (LLM) with honor and a Doctorate of Juridical Science from Northwestern University School of Law. Dr. Fakih is the Director of Legal Studies and the coordinator of Business Law at the Adnan Kassar School of Business. His research and teaching interests including American/Lebanese Business/Corporate Law, International/Domestic Arbitration Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Baking Law and Business Ethics. He has a number of publication in several topics in Arbitration, Commercial, Corporate Governance and Contract Law. Dr. Fakih is a practicing lawyer for over than 25 years with a deep experience in litigation, international arbitration and legal advising. Dr. Fakih has served as an arbitrator in numerous domestic and international cases and he is registered as an arbitrator in Dubai International Arbitration Center and Oman International Arbitration Center.
